That’s right folks, yet another Vancouver-mainstay is establishing itself in the Fraser Valley. EAT! Vancouver has been an overwhelmingly popular event for 6 years now and thanks to growing demand in the Valley, they’re bringing their culinary goodness out our way in the form of EAT! Fraser Valley. FINALLY!
From September 12th – 14th, the Tradex in Abbotsford will host celebrity chefs, popular local restaurants, wineries, food and beverage manufacturers, cookbook authors, retailers, artisans, and many others from the culinary world. It’s your chance to savour outstanding food, learn tricks of the trade from professional chefs, experience great entertainment through cooking demonstrations and purchase tons of great stuff to equip your own kitchen.

I’ll be there with Bub…he’ll be captivated by the chefs, picking up new recipes and learning how to enhance his culinary skills…I’ll simply be eating everything in sight.
