Thanks for the heads up from Christine on my post about The Seasonal Experience. 

The Seasonal Experience (which I only recently discovered, but many of you have known about for a long time) will be opening a new restaurant in June, called Seasonal 56.

Located in Aldergrove, just East of 264th on 56th, a mere 12 minutes drive from their current dining room, Seasonal 56 will be open Monday-Friday for morning pastries and homemade breakfast sandwiches and for lunch serving many of their current lunch favorites (and lots of new ones.)  In the evening, they will be hosting many of their classes, both  hands on and demonstration.  The room will also be used as a private dining room that can accommodate parties of up to 60 people!

Their Seasonal to Go products will also be available here for purchase Monday-Friday and after cooking classes.
