It’s confirmed. The Lululemon Athletica location at Hari Om Yoga in Langley will be permanent!
I wrote last week that Lulu was coming to Langley, but wasn’t clear at the time if they would be staying. I can now tell you for sure that Hari Om is converting 60% of their retail space (approx 1200 sq ft) over to Lululemon Athletica. That’s alotta Lulu.
Hari Om will be a reseller of Lululemon, so they’ll run and own this store themselves. This means they’ll select the apparel they want to carry, have their own gift cards and policies. (So FYI, your regular Lulu gift cards won’t work here.) But rest assured, they’ll be carrying an awesome selection of your favourite Lulu items and keeping up with the latest trends in major Lulu retail locations.
Hari Om has just completed their orders for Jan/Feb/March 2010, but will be open mid-August with existing Lulu product – same stuff you’ll currently find in other stores downtown, in Park Royal, etc…
Are you excited? I’m excited.
Hari Om will also continue to carry many of their existing products, such as the “be present” pants and their awesome selection of Sigg water bottles.

I am so excited for this! I love the quality and style of Lululemon product, but usually travel to Metrotown for it.
Now that it is not only close by, but at a place I regularly frequent, hubby better hide the credit cards!!! LOL.
