MMmmmmmmmm….
What could be better that a night of great food, great company, and great wine – all in the name of raising money for local charities? Not much, I say.
The 20th Annual Fraser Valley Wine Tasting Festival takes place Saturday, November 7th, 2009 from 7 – 9:30 pm at the Willowbrook Shopping Centre in Langley, BC.
This is Rotary Club of Langley Central’s largest fundraiser of the year. Last year they raised over $50,000 for local charities. This year their goal is to raise even more towards “Keeping Kids Safe”. The net proceeds will go to the Boys and Girls Club of Langley to help with a new clubhouse and to other local charities.
Here’s the night is all about:
- Sample wine from 30 different wineries and wine merchants.
- Sample signature offerings from five of Langley’s finest restaurants.
- Listen to live entertainment and have the chance to win some fabulous door prizes!
