I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that Fort Langley’s eighteen 27 Piano and Martini Bistro recently changed their menu and updated their website. I HAVE NOT BEEN IN SINCE THEY MADE THEIR CHANGES, so no idea if they’ve improved upon their previous offerings.
From your comments on my previous post, I see that many people had concerns about their service, poorly prepared food, etc… So let’s hope they’ve done something about that too!
I personally believe in giving everyone and everything three chances…sometimes you just get people on a bad day. So if you’re willing and open to give ‘em another shot, please let us all know how you like it!

Recently I was at 1827 and the services and food quality has not changed. I too thought that maybe it was some growing pains the first time I was there as they were newly opened and finding their path, but after a visit there last week they have not improved on their service and are still quite rude and unprofessional.
